We would like to supply you with the necessary information and support in order to build your sustainable energy efficient home or building. We are a highly motivated team of people - architects and constructors with experience based knowledge, always open and enthusiastic for new customized projects, creative and competent at the same time to find the right architectural solution for you.
For more than 16 years I have been working with building and energy related topics like zero energy and passive houses combining the active usage of renewable energies for buildings.
Our vision is to execute comfortable homes and smart buildings of high quality, fulfilling the challenging climate requirements of our current and future century.
We set specifically high requirements concerning comfort and durability for buildings
We minimize the yearly energy consumption of a building
We maximize the usage of sun, taking also into account the usage of wind, earth and rainwater for operating a building
In 2015 we finished the first officially certified passive house villa in Andalusia. You will find more information about this villa on page Villa Sol y Viento. Please contact us if you are interested in working with us for your project or also if you are interested in visiting the house and getting more information about passive and zero energy houses in general.
